Seeing Exercise.

The exercise was to hold something in your peripheral vision and see how you felt or what you noticed afterwards. For me, I did this exercise twice, but I didn't feel or notice much more than when I looked straight on at the picture. I used a drawing that was hanging on the wall and it holds a lot of soft lines in the face. I don't know if I was doing it wrong or what, but I wouldn't say that this exercise was beneficial for me in any way.
